Office of Workforce Performance and Development
The Office of Workforce Performance and Development (OWPD) provides executive leadership to OIG’s workforce performance and development functions, encompassing a comprehensive range of executive and administrative programs, initiatives, and responsibilities. These include OIG’s employee engagement, training, and professional development efforts. OWPD directs the OIG’s new employee onboarding program, including orientation, and oversees and directs the research, design, implementation, and evaluation of related workforce-development activities.
